Case of the Missing “Sea Ray” Buttons Solved?

In case you missed the huge reveal this morning (check out the full post here). Nokia unveiled their first Windows Phone device, codename Sea Ray, which is essentially an N9 clone (which is NOT a bad thing). My one qualm with the hardware revealed was the lack of the main Windows Phone buttons (Back, Home, Search).

It may not be ideal, but the case of the missing buttons on the codename “Sea Ray” device may have been solved. In the following picture, posted on the XDA Dev forums, you can clearly see the aforementioned buttons which are likely brought to the surface by swiping up from the bottom edge of the screen.

I don’t think this solution is optimal, but many users who detest hardware buttons may find this satisfactory, either way, it’s nice to see them appear out of thin air (almost literally).
