I’ve been following this indie game since it was first introduced into the Marketplace and it has always intrigued. For those unaware, Chicks’n’Vixens is a game similar to Angry Birds in that your goal is to try and take out foxes who are fortified in destructible cover. You, the chicks, are to shoot yourself from an adjustable cannon through the air and try to knock out all of the vixens in as few tries as possible.
The gameplay and design has changed quite a bit from early beta days and has now matured into a very smooth-looking game for Windows Phone. The developer, Jabberworx, is set to release an update which will take the title a step further and improve the gameplay even more, add a storyline and even add a free, ad-supported version.
The new version is still being worked on, but you can download the original in the Marketplace by searching for “Chicks’n’Vixens” on the Zune PC software or on your Windows Phone.
