T.E.C. 3001 Game Coming to Windows Phone

Phoenix Games Studios is a small indie game developer who has a very cool-looking game coming soon to Windows Phone. T.E.C. 3001 is a 3D game that was originally planned for the Windows Phone, but the developers decided to release the title on the Xbox 360 console first. However, they have not forgotten about the mobile platform and plan to release the title into the marketplace soon. The game looks really good and provides fast-paced action from the looks of the gameplay trailers. Here’s the game description followed up by some gameplay video:

T.E.C. 3001 (Tesla Energy Collector) is 3D action single player game for XBOX. You are guiding a robot through a virtual space to collect leftovers of energy for human kind. There are 20 levels and each one of them brings unique challenge to the player. Player will master in guiding a robot (T.E.C.) on level through series of trials and repetitions. Levels are about 1 minutes long, if you don’t make any mistakes. There is option for changing UI theme in game.

You are given 3 basic commands – jump, charge or slide. Use the right combination to get over obstacles and try to collect batteries which represent energy. There are solid and breakable walls, jump platforms, objects which speed you up, objects which speed you down, etc.

This is just one of many cool indie games highlighted in a post over on WP7Connect. I am a big fan of most types of mobile games, but the 3D title’s are the one’s that really show off the phones capabilities, so it’s encouraging to see these guys planning to bring their hard work over to our platform.
